This was a BS … This was a BS newscast, they switched from talking about purchasing foreclosed homes to purchasing ones that are on the market. Foreclosed homes are owned by the bank and have to be sold for some kind of quick profit in short sales or auctions. Good luck coming up with several hundred thousand cash if you want to buy a foreclosed home in California.

This was a BS newscast, they switched from talking about purchasing foreclosed homes to purchasing ones that are on the market. Foreclosed homes are owned by the bank and have to be sold for some kind of quick profit in short sales or auctions. Good luck coming up with several hundred thousand cash if you want to buy a foreclosed home in California.
