How to buy foreclosure from info off of posted notice?

I saw a home in forclosure, the notice was posted on the door and the home was empty. I took a picture of the notice so I would have all the info. Now what? I just want a price, don’t want to find a realtor because we don’t NEED to move, we’re only looking to buy if the price is undeniable. Any advice on where to go?

    Find out who has the foreclosure, talk to the bank’s foreclosure officer, ask for the price and make an offer.
