You might attend the seminar and many more as they come to town. Never buy anything but just grab a few free ideas and network with others there. The usually best info isn't at the seminar, it walks in and leaves after. It is some other attendee that was also curious. You will meet others at seminars that can mentor you. The ideas you hear you can write down and research for free at your local library or bookstore. You can also hit on a few names here and read their answers. The best courses that exist are right here for free if you take the time to read the already answered questions. Pay less attention to the personal marketing attempts type answers and you will find a great course, for free.

the best way is to visit your local bookstore and read the real estate investing section. One of my favorite books that covers all aspects of foreclosures is a book called "Quick cash in foreclosures" by Bill Carey. Regards

The best way to buy foreclosed properties is to get a REALTOR who knows the market and has access to all listed foreclosures in your area. There are some websites that you can use to browse foreclosures but it normally comes down to you needing a REALTOR to write an offer on the property and get advice from on what to submit your offer as.

with all the money my friend spent on these bogus seminars, he could have bought a house outright. If you want to get into real estate, go for your lisence of get into a standard college so people will take you seriously.
